Particle is currently a child of an attachment, and both the rate and lifetime are currently 1. Raising this causes more than one to spawn evidently and causes issues.
There is no rotation or anything, its simply just jittering and I’m not entirely sure how to fix it as I don’t typically mess with particles. This does use the flipbook effect as well, but even normal particles are flickering like this.
Could it be that the flipbook doesn’t have a smooth transition back to the original (or I suppose #1?) of the flipbook?
I have severe lack of knowledge about particles but it seems there is no smooth transition back to the first part of whatever the particle suppose to start. However I could see it may be related to lifespan being too short/long.
prob would help if you posted pic showing all of the particles properties, how you are emitting them , and how they are set up in the explorer … how many are you emitting, etc… flickering is usually when they are starting or stopping.. lifetime ending, transparence curves or like in a flip book where the starting cells and ending cells image are not smooth from end back to start .. but if it is happening on just particles it is something else…
if you really want someone to debug it , send either a model file or a .rbxl
