I think it’s your internet because the first video looks laggy.

that dont make sense my ping isnt spiking and it obv got like x2 more particles and faster

In studio your graphics settings may be different to in-game. Particles are less detailed and their rate is lowered if your graphics settings are lower.
Try setting them to manual and putting them up.
