I am making a main menu for my gun game and have CharacterAutoLoads false while the camera is looking at the map similar to this image:
I do know that UI does not load when the character has not loaded yet and the way around this is by cloning the playergui to startergui when player joins instead of just keeping it in startergui.
But parts do not load until the character loads and the only solution I found so far is just to load the character while in a loading screen then instantly set its parent to nil to “remove” it. Is there any better way to do this?
Any help appreciated

no, sadly
roblox refuses to load parts until your character exists — but most games just move said character to a cutscene box

Seems like it would be more trouble than its worth
LoadCharacter() then instantly remove
Do a cutscene box
disable StreamingEnabled or force load the area.
