Contact Roblox Support and explain your situation short and clearly. If you have spent money on the account you can provide billing info to Support to prove it’s yours. If not, try telling support to compare the IP’s of both accounts to show it is you.

yeah ill try that with the IP’s, wasnt sure if they could do that, thanks
Anyone got any other ideas? 
I literally have no idea what happened to that account, till like a month or two ago i could log-in and now i just can’t, what the heck roblox

Nothing really else to suggest other than to keep fighting with Support. It’s looking pretty bleak these days with this constant Support failure.
