Community Guidelines

Community guidelines

We expect you to follow the following rules at all times. These rules are applied in both, the Discord server, as well as any game which is affiliated with us. If you are caught breaking the rules, you may be warned before being suspended/banned. However, warnings may not always be given; it depends on what you have done. If you believe you have been unjustly suspended/banned, we have an appeals process you may go through.

  1. We expect you to respect all members of Pastry. This includes, but is not limited to: discrimination, harassment and bullying.

  2. Spamming and advertising in the Discord server is strictly banned. This also includes advertising via DMing all members of the group on Discord.

  3. NSFW content is strictly banned. This includes your profile picture. We want to create an environment suitable for all age groups.

  4. You may have civilised disputes regarding the community or other things, as long as it remains calm, civil and mature. Outright fighting another person because your opinions differ is not ‘civil’ or ‘mature’. Due to this, we suggest avoiding controversial topics.

  5. Occasionally cursing is accepted, however, it must be kept at a minimal level.

  6. Once you join the Discord server, you are required to verify in order to see any of the channels.

Session Guidelines

Session guidelines

  • Once inside, remain seated until advised to move by a member of staff.
  • Do not spam, hint or try and disrupt any interviews.
  • If you are caught copying and pasting answers, you will be banned from all future interviews.
  • Respect all players in the interview centre.
  • Grammar must be used at all times.
  • You have 60 seconds to answer a question. If you take longer than this, the interviewer will proceed to the next question.
Points System

Points System

To get promoted from Awaiting Trainee to Cashier, you will need to attend a training at our training center. If you’ve previously worked at Pastry, you won’t be able to redeem your points for a rank-up if you didn’t go to a training. Trainees ARE allowed to work behind the counters.

Cashier > Experienced Cashier
You need 100 points to rank up from Cashier to Experienced Cashier.

Experienced Cashier > Chef
You need 200 points to rank up from Experienced Cashier to Chef.

Chef > Experienced Chef
You need 300 points to rank up from Chef to Experienced Chef.

Experienced Chef > Shift Leader
You need 350 points to rank up from Experienced Chef to Shift Leader.

Please do keep in mind you’re also able to achieve a rank-up by being noticed by an MR/HR.

Alliance Application

Hello! We are delighted that you have considered to form an alliance with Pastry. Throughout this document we will be outlining the requirements and standards you require to work with us, as well as our application form itself.

  • Minimum 1k members – no exceptions.
  • Group must have active members. The term ‘group’ signifies real players, who are not bots or fake accounts.
  • Group must be willing to announce Pastry events in their
  • Discord server and/or Roblox group page.
  • Group must be professional and must use appropriate grammar at all times.
  • Group must have active communication with our executives.
  • Group must have an active, well organised Discord server.
  • Group must have original establishments, apparel and uniforms.

Once sent, please allow 72 hours for our final decision. Thank you for considering Pastry, and we hope to be in business soon.

  3. Why do you wish to form an alliance with us?
  4. How can Pastry benefit your group?
  5. Why should we form an alliance with your group?
  6. Is your group willing to participate in most events Pastry invites you to?
  7. Do you understand that if your group violates our ToS or no longer meets our requirements, we have the right to terminate this alliance?
  8. Please attach a link to your group, and a link to your Discord server.

If our Public Affiliation team declines your application, we will provide feedback, explaining the reasons of our decision. If you think you have acknowledged the feedback, and built your group to a standard acceptable to Pastry, you may reapply after 14 days of receiving our decision. Re-applying does not guarantee that your group will be able to affiliate with us.
