This kind of question is way more complex than you realize.
Pathfinding is a very big field and there are many solutions to your problem. All of them have draw backs, such as insane computation speed, flexibility of the path, etc.
Can you explain more on what you’re trying to do and what kind of objects it’s supposed to dodge?

small hills and trees mostly these are made out of terrain or some parts
