We are currently experiencing issues when trying to pay for advertisements for one of our branded experiences. Our business Wise card is repeatedly declined when attempting payment, even though the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
We’ve attached two screenshots to help clarify the issue:
Screenshot from Wise – This shows that a $1 USD payment to Roblox was attempted but cancelled. The funds were returned to our account.
Screenshot from Roblox – This error appears in Roblox when we attempt to create the ad campaign:
“Creation Failed – Invalid payment profile (Code: INVALID_PAYMENT_PROFILE)”
