My modeler places it in his game and it will work, but in our TC it won’t.

Have you tried importing it from a file or did he just Copy it from the Other game and paste it right into yours?
But it could also be from your Graphics on your PC.
I run on max graphics, some of his places it doesn’t show as well. He sent me a rbxm file.
Your game doesn’t seem to have the PBR properties (diffuse and specular scale) enabled. It’s probably the cause of this.
