PC UI appears when hovering over the menu button on mobile

Reproduction Steps:
Join any game on mobile and then hover/hold click on the menu button.

You will see that the PC UI appears (odd because it is on mobile) telling you to press escape.

Yes, it is still reproducible.

Hi, there have been recent changes to the TopBar and the issue is no longer repro-able on our end. Please let me know if you are still seeing the issue!
