So I was analyzing my transactions from https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/transactions?tab=virtual and I have questions on how the pending/paid process works, particularly regarding UGC sales. If there’s anyone who can answer and explain this to me a bit, I’d be very grateful.
Are all transactions subject to a pending period? Are there transactions that the revenue is paid to us immediately or how does this work?
Are all transactions duplicated across months and assigned the release date when it flips from pending to paid?
Is there any way to distinguish that in the data other than finding a duplicate transaction with two different dates across multiple months of data?
Perhaps this will become clearer in future months but I’m just curious if anyone knows better and can explain how these transactions are recorded.
