Hello, i am a new UGC creator, and one of my Emote’s has gotten a lot of sales, and i have been waiting for the pending robux to come in (382k), for about almost 3 weeks now.
The actual revenue made off the emote is over 600k+, and Google, roblox support team all told me this “escrow” system was supposed to verify my pending robux within 2-7 days, but it has been almost a month now, and i need this robux urgently.
The pending robux also goes up too when i make new sales on my ugc emote, and i even downloaded my sales of goods CSV chart, and it says all of the sales are still “Held”, but i believe it to be glitched or being held for way too long?
Expected behavior
If everything was working correctly, the pending robux should’ve appeared into my balance within the previously stated 2-7 days, even my friends said they got their robux in that time frame, and that it is just me who has had to wait this long.
