Pending Sales/Developer Stats Revenue Discrepancy

There’s a big gap between the amount of revenue on the Developer Stats page and on the Summary page:

Summary:

All the R$ in pending sales was made on 1/23-1/25. None of the R$ was given to me yet, so how can it be less than what it says on the Dev Stats page?

I think the Dev Stats doesn’t take in account the 30% tax, while the pending sales page does.
