People abusing flawed Fraud moderation system to falsely terminate people, resulting in false and unappealable bans

damn, they got a python bot running to abuse the AI moderation]

Well, at least you’re not denying that you previously owned sexual emotes.

That being said, I don’t think that changes much. You reportedly made millions of Robux from sexual emotes, obtained verification on multiple groups and accounts, and sold access or related content outside of Roblox for real-world money. (Checkmark Services, Cheap Robux, …) The evidence available speaks for itself.

As for the game you mentioned, I discontinued it myself long before this. I did so because I could no longer reliably prevent bad actors from entering the experience, and Roblox’s moderation systems were not able to fully prevent it either. Given that situation, discontinuing the game was the most responsible decision.

Regarding your claim about “terminators,” I’d also like to see the evidence behind that. As far as I am aware, none of my friends have participated in anything like that.

At the end of the day, the moderation actions taken against you were not imaginary. Whether they involved off-platform selling, sexual content, or other violations, those actions happened.

I would strongly suggest editing your post so it accurately reflects what happened instead of presenting a selective version of events. Give people the full context and let them decide for themselves whether they agree with you.

(Not to mention, but as you said, you also owned a Roblox Account that was against their Community Standards: ‘long usernames accounts’)

They did the same thing with me. I made some support tickets, and they straight-up ignored me.

It’s very weird a staff member hasn’t replied to this considering the enormous amount of upvotes it has, maybe it’s being solved internally.

This is just not true whatsoever? My first and ONLY verified Roblox group was “vew”, the one which got locked due to the group holder being terminated by Alexander Thompson (Meow, the guy who termed me. I’m sure you know him.)
As for selling “cheap robux”, I have never participated in outside trading of robux for real money. Roblox moderators can view my payout history and see that I’ve only ever paid out to alt accounts and my developers who work on my avatar accessories. I’d love for you to find me any evidence of me selling “checkmark services” or “cheap robux” services.

It is pretty obvious, from the day you created the group, you intended to make a profit off the game “Dollhouse Roleplay” after the original had been removed from the platform. There’s no reason for you to have made this group to “reupload” Dollhouse Roleplay unless you knew why it had been removed from Roblox previously. You knew what you were doing, you just didn’t want to receive any of the backlash once news spread about the filth happening in the game you were running.

Here’s proof of Greed - Roblox extorting people out of their limiteds by getting them banned for 3 days

I don’t have much proof on the other two users I mentioned previously (mostly because I don’t know who they are in these DMs), but I’m aware of their association to these terminations.

Again, I’d love to see any proof of me trading Robux for real world currency. I’ve never done this before, and I don’t intend on ever doing it. Also, if I were to have gotten banned for the “emotes” I published, it would’ve been done through Roblox directly, NOT Alexander Thompson. The bans were wrongfully placed regardless, however even if there was some sort of legitimacy to the bans, they were applied to my account falsely and maliciously.

Not against the community standards whatsoever? If they were against their rules, they would’ve been terminated and reset in About 2011 when they were made. You are grasping at straws for absolute nothing burgers, which I’d say says a lot about you and your friend group.

You’re focusing heavily on whether the moderation actions may have been triggered illegitimately, but that still does not erase the underlying conduct being discussed.

Even if someone abused a moderation system or submitted reports maliciously, that is a separate issue from whether the accounts or activity being moderated were actually compliant with Roblox’s rules.

At the end of the day, moderation action was taken against you and multiple accounts connected to you, and there is separate evidence relating to the conduct that led to those concerns. The method through which a moderation action was initiated does not automatically invalidate every underlying violation.

The same applies to the long-username account. You have already acknowledged owning it. Whether Roblox happened to enforce against that specific account years ago is not the point. The relevant question is whether the account itself complied with Roblox’s current rules and platform standards, not whether enforcement happened immediately when it was created.

As for the screenshots you posted regarding other people, those do not really prove what you appear to think they prove. Screenshots of private messages are extremely easy to alter, selectively crop, misattribute, or remove context from. They are not independently verifiable on their own.

Even more importantly, you openly admit that you “don’t have much proof” regarding some of the people you are accusing. Saying that you are “aware of their association” is not evidence of wrongdoing.

You are also now posting what you claim to be somebody’s full real-world name publicly on the Developer Forum while making serious accusations about them. I do not know whether that identity is even accurate, and posting alleged private identities alongside unverified accusations is completely unnecessary.

There is an important distinction here:

If somebody maliciously abused Roblox’s moderation systems, that should absolutely be investigated.

But that does not mean every person affected by that abuse was automatically innocent of every separate Terms of Service violation connected to their account.

Those are two different issues.

So far, a large part of your response consists of screenshots that cannot be independently authenticated, speculation about other people’s involvement, and arguments about how moderation was initiated.

None of that actually disproves the underlying conduct being discussed. I will not interact any further. You have violated multiple of Roblox’s rules, and you have been moderated for those violations across multiple accounts. Whether some reports may have been submitted maliciously does not automatically erase the underlying conduct or make every moderation action against you illegitimate.

I’m not arguing with you anymore. You’re clearly the friend of these people doing the terminations. I’m not sure why you’re so desperate to keep not only me but everyone else you guys targeted terminated, but it’s honestly just sad how desperate you are to keep your terming method. Mass emailing Roblox administrators is not a good idea in my opinion, especially because if you’re caught you’re most likely gonna get terminated.

To every other normal person reading, this person was recently unterminated after uploading “so crying rn” games. They used the devforum as a way to get unterminated, and since they don’t want their terminations undone, they’re replying to my devforum. They’re making up lies about me selling robux or checkmarks on 3rd party platforms, which is something I’ve never done. I’ve always used the DevEx tool in order to convert the robux earned from UGC into real money.

Everyone can believe what they want to believe, even if its blatantly incorrect and they know what they’re doing is incorrect. They have no proof of many of the claims they’ve said, yet still try to grasp onto these lies as a scapegoat since they have no good alternative way to attempt to make this issue seem less important to staff.

And one last thing to gauthee: If I find out you’re helping out with these terminations, don’t be surprised to wake up to a second ban note on your Roblox account due to misusing Roblox’s moderation systems.

Uhhhhhh so most of your information is false. At the end of the day you’re terminated for a valid reason, I have not been misusing any Roblox System and you know this, unlike you, I follow Roblox TOS…

why is he lying :red_question_mark:

ToS Violation #1

Reuploading games, whether they were previously moderated due to their contents or not, is against Roblox’s Terms of Use.
Exact rule being violated:

(Found here: Roblox Community Standards | Roblox at Integrity under “Repetitive and Misleading Content”)

ToS Violation #2

Purchasing Roblox limiteds with USD is not permitted. The Silver King of the Night you wear was blatantly purchased via other means that Roblox doesn’t permit, as the owner before you is a burner account.
UAID: https://www.rolimons.com/uaid/4506044174
Exact rule being violated: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use#:~:text=You%20may%20not,any%20Applicable%20Terms.

ToS Violation #3

This Roblox UGC group distributes assets which violate Roblox’s Sexual Content rule. Examples:

This group ALSO participates in reuploading other’s intellectual property:

ORIGINAL: TYLA - CHANEL (TIKTOK DANCE) - Roblox
REUPLOAD: 🔥 Coco Chanel Dance - Roblox

You can lie and say whatever you want without any evidence, however I can say whatever I want because I have evidence of you doing what I say.

I’d LOVE for you to explain why you have these groups still. Even if you “discontinued” the Dollhouse Roleplay reupload group, you still participated in owning one in the past. Based on your own logic, you’d still be violating the rules.

Humor me with more excuses, or quit replying and wait for Roblox staff to reply. This is extremely unprofessional of us to be arguing on the DevForum.

Sooo I don’t know what’s with you and spreading lies, but it really shows that you have been lying to everybody on this DevForum post.

You make up lies faster than you can keep track of them. No unterminations are happening anyway.

You violated Roblox’s rules, and you were sanctioned for those violations. Why are you so pressed about facing consequences for your own actions?

What exactly are you trying to get unbanned for? So you can go back to flooding the catalog with sexual emotes, exposing minors to unwanted sexual content and behavior, and making massive profits from it again?

Because based on everything you’ve said and done, that genuinely seems to be what you want.

I also was authorized to put out the game you are mentioning, directly by one of the highest entities at Roblox.

My point stands. You are the one arguing with me on the DevForum, I broke down your lies, and you got pressed, not me. Trying to change the path of the conversation will not help either, I have always been following Roblox TOS, you haven’t. Not to mention; you are also STILL accessing the platform after being terminated

Randomly at 5:32 PM yesterday my group was unlocked. The lock was set on August 10th at 10:32 AM for “USD selling Robux.” I am assuming there is an unlock wave for all people that were hit by the insider bans, but that is just my theory. I was not given notification, nor a reason, just a random unlock on a Tuesday evening.

My friends that were in the same situation as me are still not unlocked though so I am pretty confused how they are handling this.

The drama in this post aside, the fact that Roblox has not officially responded to this, nevertheless fixed it, is honestly pathetic. I run my UGC groups as a business and have needed the income from that to live my life. I now have had to pause everything for 3 weeks just so as not to lose everything. Even if/when Roblox FINALLY rolls out a fix I highly doubt they’re going to be able to make up for the lost income from my own groups as well as countless others, and I also doubt they would even care enough to.

I literally shown proof over here? You’re here selling lies to other people, I proved your lie wrong, and you cope?

??? i guess bro

if you wanna complain about how it is ‘unprofessional’ for us to argue on the devforum, please don’t pursue it

you can call anybody whatever you want, at the end of the day i help roblox with a multitude of issues, including the recent TOS Change:

Whatever you say is false, and you have no counter-proof for your termination. I did provide my part of the proof though.

Good day

You have uploaded inappropriate content to Roblox and you also do appear to have potentially engaged in fraudulent transactions involving Roblox before. As for what @g4uthee is saying, I’m not entirely sure how much of that is true as I haven’t seen evidence of you selling anything in relation to Verified badges. People do make mistakes and I believe you deserve another chance if you submit a genuine appeal explaining how you’re sorry and will try not to break the rules again.

This is so scary.. roblox moderation has failed us YET AGAIN..!!

(Failed us for moderating Sexual Emotes, sure!)

Considering the fact every single account you’ve provided here apart from the group holder account being bought/stolen that you got from NCM, which is a popular Roblox Black Market server, and that you also have several accounts in, you 100% without a doubt fully deserve this ban. Trading accounts and buying accounts is against ToS. I’d appreciate it if you’d stop lying in this “bug report”. This took me less than 2 seconds to figure out because I could just tell by looking at these accounts. We’re not born yesterday.

My advice to you is to suck it up and get over it. If you’re going to involve yourself in this kind of activity and buy Roblox accounts, expect to be banned. Don’t wanna get banned? Don’t partake in the black markets. Don’t group yourself up with other people who have legitimately received false bans because this completely muddies the water, and needlessly complicates and screws over anybody because of people like you who are intentionally being dishonest.
