People (Without Favoritism) are getting falsely terminated for "Misusing Systems" "Sexual Content" "Avoiding Enforcement"

Roblox AI as recently at as September 24, has been false flagging users in mass and have been terminating them, and have been auto-rejecting every appeal.

This even happened to me (This was apart of the “Sexual Content” banwave, which was done to players with default starter places): (Past-Deadline) Roblox's AI Moderation BANNED Me For "Sexual Content" on a game i haven't updated SINCE 2022 and ARE GHOSTING MY TICKETS, HELP!

There’s literally nothing innapropriate in it, beside a “bed”.

When contacting appeals team, it would lead up to “Due to the things you have done this cannot be reopened”, they would also try to hide the evidence away from you too. Which once again, is illegal.

Every appeal (This includes the enforcement bans), would get auto-rejected and either 2-3 responses will be automaticly choosen, meaning there’s no way out of there, UNLESS you’re popular enough. This is where the main favoritism part steps in.

I wouldn’t be complaining about it if literally like 40 people weren’t affected this,
Roblox is also concealing information about bans

When i appealed the appeal team (AI) stated “Due to the maturity of the ban, we cannot provide evidence”, Which is literally illegal and people could easily sue Roblox.

Also making this post because Favoritism steps into this.
Lucas was falsely flagged for “Sexual Content” on his game, and he has only gotten a WEEK BAN, if he wasn’t well known in the community he would’ve probably have been terminated

Every ticket of mine is also getting auto-rejected, Obviously if you were popular or made enough money you wouldn’t be treated as horribly as this

Also, as @Bluff_006 stated once he said the “Sexual Content” banwave was “Resolved and will be fixed”, without accounting the people who have been falsely moderated outside of the post mentioning people who have been terminated.

Expected behavior

Fix the Moderation,
Clear everything of the Favoritism. Don’t treat us like we’re Expandables waiting to be thrown out the window, yeah i said it, treat everyone equally.
Do not conceal information. It’s illegal to do that.

This is only about a quarter who I have found and who have responded with their profile links. This bug has been acknowledged but some more communication and unbans in the meantime would be appreciated!

I also created a thread about this. I am still banned, and I am about to reach the 30 days during which “Roblox can appeal your ban,” but so far I have not received any positive response…

Bump, no one here was unbanned nor was this resolved. Only thing that changed was that the ban for popular people is defaulted to be a week only.

Bump, this still happens. I MENTIONED bluff’s response and the twitter post and told them to escalate this for further review. Yet my appeal still got auto-rejected?? Wtfrick is going on

Try again, they replied to me on the second attempt, and now they’re accusing my account of being an alt of another account I didn’t even know existed xD. But good luck!

It can be a luck game with appeals from what I gathered. It is really unfortunate and unfair you have had to put up with this for 2 months now.

Things like this are popping up weekly at this point, yet roblox still believes that “Well, so long as our AI is fast, it doesn’t matter if it has a 99% failure rate!”. And they’ve had this position for years, and they never seem to learn. I just don’t understand it.

They just don’t care. They don’t gaf about anyone but their investors and the top 1% of creators who are entirely excluded from the ai moderation systems. They won’t face consequences for 99% of their bans being false, they just get to tout the big number “oh look at how safe we are” typical soulless corpo doing soulless corpo things

Then perhaps we need to start directly finding out who their investors are and contacting them letting them know how sorry of a shape their moderation system is.

hi! i was one of the accounts listed in the initial post

my account was recovered…for about 3.5 weeks before being banned for the same reason. sent an appeal and the moderator refused to tell me anything.

@DevRelationsTeam The people I have listed are still banned, I have myself attempted to appeal DURING the “Grace” of Bed Banwave appeals but I havent gotten unbanned, i have attempted to contact both support and developer relations.
