Hello,
When attempting to verify with identification that is a vertical drivers license issued by my state, Persona fails to read my identification and responds with “Make sure ID details are clear to read”. This issue affects all people with vertical forms of identification especially now that Roblox demands clothing owners to be ID verified in order to keep their clothing onsale. Because of this, many clothing items will be taken offsale tomorrow.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be fixed ASAP. Thank you.
