The “Personalized Thumbnails” analytics page on the Roblox Creator Hub is currently broken. When accessing the page for any experience, the thumbnail performance table and graphs remain stuck in an infinite loading state and never display any data. This issue appears to affect all experiences regardless of the creator, suggesting it’s a platform-wide problem rather than an individual experience issue. The loading spinner continues indefinitely, and no thumbnail metrics such as impressions, qualified plays, or play-through rates are ever shown. The problem occurs consistently across different browsers and accounts, indicating it’s not a local caching or browser issue.
I almost deleted this report because of how on and off this issue is. Sometimes it loads properly, sometimes it takes 5 minutes to load, sometimes it doesn’t load at all. Each game has different behavior. Whatever the case is, I should not be waiting any longer than a few seconds for this page to load.
