Promotions:
Promotion from MR to another rank MR or straight to HR must involve responsibility and active in Hotel.
When you promote someone on MR who hasn’t even been handpicked, you will be blacklisted and fired.
Please do not ask for a higher rank otherwise you will be suspended!
Admin Commands and Admin Abuse
Admin Abuse is a very bad thing you can get fired for.
Admin Abuse is when you start using commands for no reason or you use commands you shouldn’t.
Every command like “: team,: res,: ref,: bring,: to, etc …” must have a reason.
You can easily add a reason for a warning.
Here are some proper warnings:
[:(command) (user) (reason)]
:bring Ligij Asked.
:team Ligij SHR Change broken.
:to Ligij Might be abusing.
:res Ligij Bugged.
Here are some INVALID commands:
:kill Ligij
:bring Ligij Noob
:team Ligij LR too noob to be SHR

Group Shout
Please do not abuse Group Shout otherwise you will be suspended and at massive Group Shout Abuse also fired.
If you want to write something about training session / Interview session is not a problem or if the status is empty then put custom status there but please do not abuse group shout.
This is what Group Shout must look like:
[HOTEL] Why not to head down to the Pew Hotel?
[HOTEL] Would you like to take a break or be in a Relax center so come to the Pew Hotel!
[INFORMATION] Our communcation Code: zDT4WEN
[TRAINING] Training are being hosted by (Host) at (Time) (Timezone)!
[INTERVIEW] Interview are being hosted by (Host) at (Time) (Timezone)!
If you break the rules on the MR + rank you will be warned only once!
If you think there is something in the hotel (exploiter, bug) please report it to SHR rank+
Don’t ask for promotions or higher rankings.
When you Major Abuse to rank MR + you will be immediately suspended and banned from Pew Hotel.
