Playback issue with new footstep audio (Delayed/Doubled sound)

hi everyone,

i’m currently replacing the footstep sounds in my custom footstep player thing, but I’m running into playback issues.

the new audio is sometimes delayed and/or doubled. its an issue with the sound files themselves as the old footstep sounds play perfectly fine without any delay or doubling.

i’ve checked the waveform and the audio seems to start right at the beginning of the track, so I’m not sure what could be causing this delay.

Hi, I thinks the best things to do is, stop all footstep sound and only play your sound with a script

that would not fix anything it would fix an issue of sounds overlapping and playing over each other which is not the case here
