My game the haven tycoon is only able to gain 50-150 players max.

This happens even though its average playtime is around 12 minutes (which apparently is alright) and its featured on the RTHRO sort.
Why is this, could it be my icon or something with the player experience, if so… what?
I feel like there is to much going on there for one icon, maybe run ad’s that might also help as well as try removing somethings and add somethings like fan suggests.
From looking at the icon, I don’t know what’s going on or what’s about the game other then what the title says.
The game icon should represent the game, why is the character growing green? Is there something to do with super powers? Why is he gliding and is he holding something?
The picture is quite blurry in the background so I"d assume you want us to focus on the character. Why is the character wearing those accessories? Is that related to the event?
You have to show more through the image and make things more clear. A blur a is a good way to divert the players attention to something else.
I still don’t understand what the game is about. Is it a sword fighting tycoon?
Google defines “haven” as a place of safety or refuge. Is the tycoon about building a safe house? Possibly a picture of a safe house would do better.
It is a sword fighting game yes, however the original was based off of miners HAVEN and used submissions for the game.
Maybe showing two players fighting would be a better icon. You could even make them glow a bright red or green if you wanted to.
There is no PVP in the game, only PVE.
I don’t know what the background thing is, maybe you can add images or accessories that symbolize St Patricks Day. The Sword is not center and there is a lot of empty space on the left and right side. The sword also doesn’t fit, it seems too realistic for the background.
You’ve centered the sword now but I doubt anyone can identify the mine in the background. It seems more like a forest painting with pink things.
Other things you should worry about is game content itself, I haven’t played the game but you should ensure that players are having fun and take surveys on what can be improved from the players perspective.
