Hello, I’m not sure if this is the best place to discuss this, but roblox’s support system sucks so . . .
My account says its age is not checked in studio, despite it being checked on the website.
I’m not sure if this is also why I’m occasionally ineligible for ads, despite being California and having other friends from here who are always eligible.
We’ve tested a few games that have rewards for watching ads, and they never work for me.
I do not want to redo my face scan (for obvious reasons.)
