In my game Voxel destruct 2 VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 EARLY ACCESS | Play on Roblox players have reported that they are unable to buy the game. It costs 149 Robux. Different pricing in different regions.
The error messages is “Your purchase of VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 EARLY ACCESS failed because something went wrong. Your account has not been changed. Please try again later.”
This was just recently reported in my Discord server and in my TikTok. A lot have been experiencing the same too. Notably, Roblox plus users. Regular users apparently can buy the game normally. Their only temporary fix for now is to just unsubscribe to plus subscription then buy the game. As far as I know, this is what they explained.
Extra context: One player from USA with Roblox plus is unable to buy the game.
Expected behavior
Game purchases should always work.
