Players can't join my public game – "Not authorized to join this game" error

I’m having an issue with my game on Roblox. It is set to public, but other players are unable to join. When they try to access it, they get the following error: “Not authorized to join this game.”

I’ve double-checked that the game is published and the permissions are set to public. However, no one else can join except for me.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Is there a specific setting I’m missing, or could this be a bug or a private server configuration?

Your game… seems to have been placed under review by moderation. Can you attach the universe/place ID?

Please check the inbox of your group holder/developer accounts for moderation messages. I’m presuming your game was taken down by moderation, then you set it as private. You should be able to find the associated moderation message in the inbox of one of those accounts.
