I’ve launched an ad campaign 9 credits/day for 2 days (so the week-end). I have players joining but they don’t understand anything. There’s a literal tutorial but don’t seem to follow it, also the game is a “social” game so talking is important, but nobody talks because most of the players are very young. any tips??
right off the bat the settings menu is a work in progress, but the button is still there, that’s very bad practice atleast grey the settings button out
game is pay to win
and the tutorial hardly even explains anything and because of it I gave up a couple minutes in, it took me a very long time to figure out what a scrap is since nothing is highlighted and I have zero idea how to get “papers” since the dialog doesn’t explain anything and neither does the tutorial, and not only that but I can also skip over that part assuming playing the game without the necessary paperwork is possible
thanks for the feedbacks, i completely remade the tutorial and its UI too (you gotta do the tasks if you actually want to go to the next section, except for the last part). also i removed the settings button and replaced it with a credits button and finally for the pay to win aspect i added the gamepasses was because i saw that it boosted the game in the algorithm. i tried to give a fair price but if needed i’ll reduce their price and nerf them (and for the pay2win gun, i named it like this just to joke). sorry for bad english
you can say i have a bad attention span but most players do. And the first part of the tutorial was already “boring”. Collecting those things at the start take so long each which i feel like alot of people would find that annoying.
