Players May Stop Spending If Roblox Ignores Fairness

Several countries are already restricting or banning Roblox even after the platform introduced strict age verification and chat safety systems.

If Roblox continues relying on AI style responses and fails to take responsibility for unfair bans and player concerns, don’t be surprised when loyal players stop buying Robux, gamepasses, and premium altogether. People will still play, but many will no longer risk spending on a platform they no longer trust. Too risky.

I get the point but to me the real issue is the lack of transparency. Even when decisions are justified players rarely get clear explanations or effective ways to appeal. That’s what creates unnecessary frustration. Roblox should communicate more about its decisions and improve its appeal systems, otherwise the feeling of unfairness will remain regardless of the technical improvements behind the scenes

Agreed. The real issue is transparency, not always the decision itself.

Players can accept moderation when the reason is clear, but the frustration comes from vague explanations and an appeal system that rarely feels effective. Without proper communication on what triggered the action or how the appeal was actually reviewed, the system will always feel unfair.

Technical improvements alone won’t fix that. Roblox needs clearer explanations and a more trustworthy appeal process so players can feel their concerns are genuinely heard.
