Players spawn above parts "obstructing" SpawnLocation even with CanCollide disabled

Pretty self explanatory. If there is a large part with CanCollide disabled “obstructing” a SpawnLocation, players will be spawned above the part that has CanCollide disabled, rather than the closest collidable spot above the SpawnLocation. This is highly undesirable behavior and has been a problem for years.

In the video (and attached place file) there is a script that switches the player’s RespawnLocation to the other SpawnLocation each time the player dies.
