hi guys, i encountered a rare issue today.
i recently got banned and i was reactivating my account with the button. however (call me stupid) i clicked off onto the roblox home page while it was reactivating and now my account is stuck in a limbo state, as now, if i go onto the home page or any page that fetches info, everything fails to load (roblox api still thinks my account is banned so it doesnt return things). and, if i try to go back to /not-approved to click the button again, i get immediately redirected back to the home page as if my account was NOT banned.
please help as my account is basically bricked and i can’t do anything!!

I’ve never heard of this issue before.
Neither have I heard of an account getting bricked. Who did it? An old friend, a stranger, Roblox!?
All jokes aside, try contacting support.

@kitsinbedwarsarefun you should contact Roblox support, there’s not much you’ll get out of making a topic about It. However you could open a bug report as well If you can’t post a bug report send a request to join the bug reporting group, if you don’t know how to post a bug report refer here:How to post a Bug Report.
update: i fixed it by reactivating the account again via the API
