My experience is currently hidden and cannot be played by anyone except the owners/developers.

The experience is set to Public, All Ages, and the Content Maturity Questionnaire is fully completed. We have checked everything on our side. All requirements are met and there are no restrictions preventing players from accessing it.
However:
The experience does not appear in search.
Players cannot join or access it.
Only owners/developers can play and see it, everyone else sees it as if it were deleted or private.
This experience was previously moderated about a month ago for “Misusing Roblox Systems.” We submitted two appeals for that decision, both were denied, and we have now reached the maximum number of appeals — the Violations & Appeals page no longer allows us to appeal this experience.
We have also opened multiple support tickets about this specific accessibility issue and did not receive a real solution. Support kept referring us to eligibility/Discovery guidelines, even though all requirements are already met and this is not a Discovery or exposure problem.
Expected behavior:
Players should be able to find and play the experience normally.
Actual behavior:
The experience is hidden and unavailable for everyone except owners/developers, and we have no remaining official channel to appeal or resolve this.
