I am currently trying to contact support regarding my game being transferred to another person after my account got hacked.
I tried to contact support just to be met with the try again later message, I read that you maybe have to wait an hour for it to refresh, so I waited an hour. It still gave me the same error. Then I waited 12 hours, then 24. Every single time, “Please try again later”
This is a huge bug that is really causing me alot of stress due to the time-sensitivity of my original issue.
Expected behavior
I expect the form to start up normally and allow me to contact support. Having a try again later thing is fair, but not when you wait 24 hours in a time sensitive situation just to get hit with the same error.
