For some people, It’s a bit too hard to find a plugin when they have a bunch of other plugins, To make this easier for developers there should be an option in the plugin section to create a folder and name it to a person’s liking or leave it with the “New Folder” name then select or drag the plugins that should belong in the folder into the folder.

Of course, to save clutter on the toolbar if you were to go to any tab it would close the folders tab and it can be reopened by clicking on the folder. the feature could be toggled in the settings for people who don’t want to use it. and even with folders created newly added plugins will still be placed in the Plugins tab and can be moved into folders.
