Plugin prompting player to upload an animation asset

I am creating a plugin to go along with an open sourced asset I am making that helps the user upload keyframesequences as animations then puts the animationID into a value for the asset to use. This is meant to be a workaround to the fact that animations cannot be public. I am wondering how I can prompt the user to upload a given keyframesequence, and if possible return the animationID to add to a intvalue? I know this is possible as I have seen it in Den_s’s blender animations plugin when uploading completed animations to roblox.

It doesn’t actually create an animation in the player’s account, the plugin uses RegisterKeyframeSequence, which returns a temporary ID.

I know, I’m referring to when you press the “upload to roblox” button and the window to publish an animation is opened, which is what I am trying to do.
