In the released versions there are so many small yet so significant features… now they here so we oke

Authentication

A sign-in is required — added after some misuse, but it’s genuinely the most uninvasive auth you’ll encounter. No email, if you don’t want, no personal info, just a quick username and password and you’re in.

So how does this improve my workflow when I could open up a tab and ask ChatGPT or Claude to do this for me. Anyway cool creation, however spamming community resources isn’t cool

What makes this better than using ChatGPT or Claude in combination with Studio’s MCP server?

I’ve been using Ropanion for 1-2 hours now, and I have to say it’s much better than Roblox’s MCP Server integration. For one, it actually reads your script context and workspace. Unlike Roblox’s MCP Server, which requires some complicated setup for new people, Ropanion explains everything clearly and is easy to configure.

1-2 hours is not a lot so once I use it more, then I’ll repost this with a more genuine answer.

Roblox’s MCP server is open source, enabling anyone to also extend it with custom tools, and it comes with the benefits of being able to take advantage of whatever AI model we feel is superior so long as those AI providers already support MCP and not having to wait on some plugin developer to introduce support.

My whole point was that with the MCP server I don’t need to wait for you to add support. As long as an AI provider supports using the Model Context Protocol (which is pretty much any provider you can think of), it’s automatically supported.

Haven’t tried this yet, but I can tell this will be extremely useful, especially for large codebases.

While I am not the biggest fan of AI scripting games this is genuinely a nice tool especially for new developers to utilize. I’ll give it a shot later and see what it’s capabilities are but from what I have seen it is one of the better tools out there for AI scripting on Roblox.

Just saw this, I don’t check the forums too often at this time.

So, this applies to any plugin you install, not just this one. The code is fully open for you to inspect yourself, so you don’t have to take my word for it. Use it if you want, skip it if you don’t, totally up to you.
