In the last 2 weeks i’ve noticed a lot of complaints & feedback from my players regarding accidental purchases that they have made within my game, all coming from console.
This is leading to players accusing me of scamming them or automatically forcing them to purchase things, which is not true. My game does not make any attempt to trick players into accidentally purchasing. Also it is worth noting that my ARPDAU from console is significantly higher than all other platforms, which leads me to believe this is a widespread issue on console.
While I value the money earned from this, I am concerned that my game could be taken down for this, hence why i’m making this report.
Is this a known console bug right now, or am I accidentally bug abusing? I have provided my game link in private content
