Possible mass server shut down

My game normally has around 100-150 ccu through out the day. But recently a large crash happened, in result of losing most of the players.

Expected behavior

Normally ccu would deflate slowly during the nighttime.

What makes you think this is a bug..? This doesn’t just happen randomly and hasn’t happened to any other games. There was no outage at this time. I think this is an issue on your end.

This also happened to some of my friends and how can this be on my end if i did absolutely nothing?

If you look at your Impressions by Thumbnail and set the Date Range=1 Day in the drop down, it correlates exactly to the CCU drop

There doesn’t appear to be any issues with the CCU chart.
