Is it possible to script it so that you could play audio files from another website?
I know it will use HTTP service but is it possible?
No. You can’t play audio files from other sites. That would defeat the purpose of requiring moderation and costing robux to upload sound assets.
What you could try to do is deconstruct the sound and replay it in-game with a set of sounds. For this to be anywhere effective you need a lot of sounds. It is something similar how you would turn a normal song into an “8-bit” version by simply translating each note in the original song to a smaller sample space, or how you would convert a song to midi.
