Is/Was there anyone else in your server? Maybe they reported the game or reported a player.

It is indeed the roblox report system being used. This is a notification that a report has been sent, so you’re correct. There’s no way to see what it was or why, but someone either reported the game or another player inside if the game.
@MattyDevs Don’t worry about it. It’s not an error or an exploit and can be safely ignored.
