Section I: Description of POSTRAZA
The POSTRAZA are the iron sword of the General Commissar and the shield of TISORA and as such are always the first into battle, and as such POSTRAZA soldiers are expected to never retreat in the face of the enemy. Without our soldiers; the metro would’ve fallen long ago to outside forces. Those within our ranks are expected to know how to use our weapons efficiently and be able to combat any threat that is thrown at our lands.

Section V: Promotional guidelines
Once you join the POSTRAZA you start off at the rank of Private. To get off the rank of Private you must attend any event. Basic skills with weaponry and discipline are expected of this rank.
After you obtain the rank of Corporal you must wait at least half a week before you can earn your next promotion. After that you must attend any event and prove yourself at one of these events, these requirements carry over from Corporal to Junior Sergeant. Same expectations apply as Private.
After you are promoted from Junior Sergeant to Senior Sergeant you are considered a “Non Commissioned Officer” with that comes more responsibilities as well as it is much harder to get promoted at these ranks. You are no longer able to get promoted by simply going to trainings however are still expected to go to trainings and going to more trainings and raids even though you are not required to show dedication and show the officers that you are ready for the next rank. You are expected to have advanced skills with weaponry and show leadership, and have discipline as an NCO.
Once you are promoted from Senior Sergeant to Junior Lieutenant you are considered an officer. As such you are allowed to host official trainings or can host official trainings. If you are active enough and host enough trainings then you have a chance of being promoted to a higher rank if the higher officers believe you are ready for it. Officers are expected to have Advanced Skills with weaponry, Show high amounts of leadership, and have a high amount of discipline.
