I am currently looking at premium payouts in my game and a few things it says is once you have been paid for premium payouts the line becomes undotted and you are paid, it also says you must wait 28 days to receive your payouts. I am currently looking at my premium payout chart for my game and lines from dates such at 10/19 are still dotted which I am assuming means they need to be paid out and I am curious why?

I don’t think it’s 28 days, a few weeks ago I received a premium payout 7 days after, it’s the same as earning any Robux.
it is 28 days or supposed to be thats on every yt video and roblox site i can find. My issue is its been like 3 months and i havent been paid.
The most probable reason is that premium users haven’t been playing your game long enough, as it is a specific time that someone stays in your game which affects your earnings. I hope I answered your question! 
The average visit length was only 5 minutes but it still projected robux earned so thats what confused me?
Some people might have visited for half an hour, it’s just the average.
So how does this affect me not getting my payout when I am supposed to?
