Privacy Notice for MeaxisNetwork Experiences
MeaxisNetwork, through the use of Roblox and its own servers, will collect data about you when you use our experiences. This policy outlines how we store it.
This policy applies when you are not registered to an account with us. Users registered to an account with us are subject to the MeaxisNetwork General Privacy Policy instead.
What data do we store?
We store data for logging and security purposes, including:
- Your interactions in the experiences with ClickDetectors, ProximityPrompts and other interactive devices
- Your join and leave times, along with your username and Display Name at join/leave
- Your interaction with the MeaxisNetwork Identification Card System
- Your purchases through either the in-game currency system or Roblox’s Marketplace
- Every message you send in chat, is also run through MeaxisNetwork’s additional content filter that is supplementary to the Roblox filter
- Every data you submit to us through TextBoxes.
For owners of an identification card, we will also store:
- Your account ID
- Your activity time
- Other statistics or interaction data on the Aures system
Why do we store this data?
We store this data for multiple purposes. This data includes:
- Saves: e.g, Progress tracking and quests
- Security: e.g, Exploit prevention or progress legitimacy checks
- Statistics: e.g, Knowing the amount of engagement a feature gets
- Other purposes: e.g, We will store data when we deem it necessary.

Moderation: supplementary to Roblox’s moderation, we also have our content moderation that insures the in-game rules are respected, and forwards Roblox
Guidelines violations to Roblox Moderation through reports.
How do we store it?
We store data in multiple ways. Those include:
- Directly through Roblox’s DataStoreService
- Through our own web servers and web APIs
Exert your rights
You hold the right to request the removal of your data, both from Roblox servers and from our servers. You may request removal or modification by:
- Messaging us on Twitter, at @MeaxisNetwork
- Sending a message to me on the DevForum or to the MeaxisNetwork Bot on the regular Roblox website
Owners of an account with us may also contact us through the regular preferred means. You can also request to contact a high-ranked MeaxisNetwork Staff member by asking a MeaxisNetwork Police officer.
We hold ourselves the right to deny any modification requests if it is not based on proper grounds.
Acceptance
By using any MeaxisNetwork Experience, you accept that you have read these terms and accept that MeaxisNetwork stores your data. If you are too young to consent to the processing of your data by yourself, we request that you submit this policy to your parent/guardian’s approval before using any of our experiences.
