This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how information is used and collected in regards to the Game Starving Sorority (“Game”) including but not limited to any other associated products (collectively, the “Service(s)”). The Services are operated by miscbsdf (“Kiernan Hedlund”, “Starving Sorority”, “we” or “us”) for users of the Services (“you”). By interacting with the Services, you are consenting to this Policy and the methods provided in this Policy of usage and collection of your information. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.
The Game is hosted via the online platform known as “Roblox.” Use of the Services, including the Game, requires that you access and create a user account on the Roblox website, https://www.roblox.com/ (“Roblox Platform”). You acknowledge that at all times, the data practices of Roblox will equally apply to your use of the Services. Starving Sorority does not have any authority over Roblox’s data practices.

Information You Provide: Information that of which is voluntarily provided by you, such as when you use certain Services, is collected. Information may include but not be limited to any messages, reports, appeals, and any other content directly generated by you, the user.

Information Automatically Collected: When you interact with the Services, certain information, such as a Roblox ID, In-Game purchase data, gameplay data, the language used to play Game, and other personally identifiable data is collected.
Where Information is Processed:
Starving Sorority is based in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the processing and transferring of your information in and to the U.S. and other countries. The laws of the U.S. and other countries governing data collection and use may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.
How Information is Used:
Starving Sorority uses information collected to maintain and (in general) provide Services to users. Information collected is processed and handled within the Starving Sorority Services, information is never shared or distributed to any outside sources. Information collected is never used to advertise and is never used to produce analytical data, Information collected in regards to a single user is to never to be disclosed to any other entity other than the Starving Sorority entity itself.
Accessing or Deleting Your Information:
If you wish to access or delete your information collected by Starving Sorority, please contact miscbsdf via miscbsdf@gmail.com. We may ask for you to verify your identity before your request is able to be fulfilled. Due request to access your information, Starving Sorority will provide all information collected without exception. Starving Sorority will not refuse to provide or delete information given valid identification, however Starving Sorority may refuse to update certain information.
