It’s kind of annoying to be using private chat in Team Create and then hop back over to my browser to see:
due to an ongoing conversation I had already read entirely. The more tabs I have open the more noticeable it is, especially with the tab text flashing back and forth. It’s useful for grabbing people without going to the website, but if I’m already in the place in Team Create, the extra web chat notifications are suuuuuper unnecessary.
We’re working on improvements to the chat system. Currently there’s a bug where messages in Studio aren’t being marked as read on the website. Once this bug is fixed, the chat messages should show up on the web, but they should act as if you’ve read them already (ie: Not saying “Username says…”).
