Problem in exporting OBJ

What do you want to achieve?
I want to be able to export a character to Blender to make a GFX.

What is the issue?
I have tried to export My character from Roblox Studio to Blender, but when I try to export it says “Failed to export OBJ. Try again or contact support if problem persists.”

I am using HP laptop with Windows 10 system.

What solutions have you tried so far? I have talked with Roblox support for over two months and no solution has come up.
I have tried to just export a simple rig too.
Anything I have tried has not helped.

Have you looked at YouTube tutorials and follow the exact steps they took?

Yes. I have watched many of them and done exactly The same steps.

Can you describe what happens in detail?

Hello, I had that same problem and another person helped me, try export your OBJ to the file named ‘‘download’’, I guess you know what file I’m talking about.

Have you tried exporting a simple model? Maybe this error occurs for only rigs.
