Problem with Collision Physics between 2 parts

When you have a part sitting directly on top of another part, or there is little overlap, some parts can go through or get stuck in between the parts, when it should deflect off it.

Some Video cases:

Why this a problem for me is the Goalies have this type of gap between Leg Pads and Torso, and the puck about 40% if aimed correctly will just slide right through the goalie.

feel free to use your magic to take it and Test Server with it, don’t even need a client to reproduce it. At first I though it was to do with transfer of physics owners, but that’s not the case. The puck is just a Part with a Cylinder mesh.
