I’m making an Earth and the Moon system. And I want to have solar eclipses there, but if the Moon blockes the sun, the shadow doesn’t appear on the earth. I have tried searching for solutions and now I know that shadows have limited render distance. Thanks for any help!

The Moon is part of the skybox and so is the Sun. If the collide nothing happens. Make em actual Objects.

Sun is a skybox sun, but the Moon is an actual part on which you can land, but the shadow just doesn’t render on the Earth, and I don’t know why.
Depending on how far away your moon is from the ground, you won’t be able to see it. It can only go so far before there is no shadow. I think your best bet is to set the time of day to later so it will be dark, and make parts for both the moon and sun
The earth is a big sphere which has different regions, timezones, etc. And the eclipse is only local.
