I believe this is due to two cookies. One that knows (thinks?) you’re logged on and one that KEEPS you logged in.
So the cookie that keeps your logged in expires on close whereas the cookie that says you’re logged in doesn’t.
So it logs you out, but you’re still logged in. So when you log back in a duplicate cookie is created (like the error says but shows up because they’re both on the same PC) while after refreshing it detects that there ate two logged in cookies and tells you your account might be compromised.
But don’t quote me on that. Just make sense is all.

I’ve cleared my cookies and it still doesn’t work.
