DT Studios
At DT Studios , I currently work as a Producer , managing the end-to-end live operations development of the games assigned to me.
I currently manage production for:
My responsibilities include concepting weekly updates, defining development priorities, coordinating and managing developers, organizing QA testing, reviewing implementation, and guiding updates from initial concept through release .
I work closely with developers throughout the production cycle to keep updates scoped appropriately, maintain clear priorities, identify issues during development and QA, and ensure each live-ops release is ready for players.
Redzone Football
In 2023, I created and led Redzone Football from initial concept through release and post-launch development.
As Owner & Creative Director , I was responsible for the game’s overall vision, production direction, feature planning, development priorities, monetization, community strategy, and live updates.
I coordinated developers across multiple disciplines, translated ideas into features, managed priorities and scope, reviewed implementation, and helped guide the project through launch and continued iteration.
Because the project had a very limited budget, I focused heavily on organic growth through short-form content and community building. I created short-form video content around the game to attract new players and used Discord as the central community hub where those players could engage with the game beyond individual play sessions.
The two worked closely together. The videos helped drive discovery, while Discord helped turn that attention into a dedicated player community. I stayed active with players, gathered feedback, encouraged discussion around updates, and used community sentiment to help shape future features and improvements. Building and maintaining that core community became one of my strongest contributions to Redzone’s growth.
The experience has accumulated more than 4 million visits .
In 2024, I sold majority equity in the project to IX Studios.
Fullflower Studio
At Fullflower Studio , I spent two years working across production, game design, operations, and team management .
During my first year, I worked as a Project Manager and Game Designer on Mermaid Life. I helped coordinate a multidisciplinary development team, manage development priorities, support feature planning, and organize production across both live-ops development and larger-scale content updates .
Alongside my production responsibilities, I was also involved in the studio’s people operations and human resources functions , including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
During my time as Project Manager on Mermaid Life, the experience won the 2022 Roblox Innovation Award for Best Use of Avatar Fashion. I also worked as a liaison during Fullflower Studio’s collaboration involving [Vogue and Karlie Kloss], helping coordinate communication between development teams, creative stakeholders, and external brand partners.
In my second year, I transitioned out of my role on Mermaid Life and into the position of Virtual Office Manager, shifting my focus from individual game production to broader studio operations.
In that role, I was given greater autonomy over the studio’s internal operations and people-management processes. I became more directly responsible for managing HR workflows, supporting organizational strategy, improving internal processes, and helping maintain the day-to-day structure of the studio.
I also created and managed the studio’s website, assisted with its social media presence, and supported broader internal communication and operations.
My time at Fullflower gave me experience both in hands-on game production and in the operational side of running and supporting a development studio .
Skills & Expertise
My strongest areas are:
- Production & Project Management
- Game Design & Level Design
- Community Management
One of my biggest strengths is taking an idea and turning it into something that can be realistically executed. I care about keeping teams organized without unnecessary micromanagement and making sure developers understand what we’re building, why we’re building it, and what needs to happen next.
While those remain my core strengths, I’ve also been steadily expanding my hands-on development skill set within Roblox Studio. I’m comfortable working with:
- Video Editing & Promotional Content
- Graphic Design
- Programming & Scripting
- Building
- UI Design & Implementation
I enjoy being able to contribute beyond production when needed, and developing these skills has also made me better at communicating with and managing specialists across different disciplines.
Languages:
- English - Native
- Brazilian Portuguese - Conversational
- Spanish - Basic Working Knowledge
Opportunities & Collaboration
I’m always open to hearing about new opportunities, so long as they have a clear vision, a committed team, and a genuine intention to build and release something meaningful.
If you’re interested in working together, send me some information about:
- Your game/project
- Current team size
- Current stage of development
- What role you’re looking to fill
- What you need help with
I’ll be happy to take a look and see if I’m a good fit.
