When opening the profile overview, swiping no longer closes it completely, leaving a blank void until you click again, clicking does close it properly however
I think this started happening roughly a week ago
To reproduce: open any post, click on any user and then swipe, the profile information will disappear but the background will turn blank and stay faded (this may be mobile only)

Yeah this is specific to using Discourse on a mobile device. Testing on a non-mobile device restricted to a mobile-like screen size, I don’t see the bug.
This kind of behavior is a result of the underlying Discourse software. We’ll continue monitoring and see if future Discourse version updates helps fix this.
That’s odd because I swear this wasn’t a thing before the large update
