My experience recently completed the Audience Reach review process and is now approved and set to Public - All Ages.
Since the approval, the experience has not become accessible to any player at all except for my owner account, and normal users are still unable to access it.
Current behaviour:
The owner account (my account) can successfully join the experience on mobile or PC (any device).
However, any non-owner account attempting to join or even an attempt to click on the game page, receives the message:
“This experience cannot be visited at this time.”
I have confirmed this is not a device compatibility issue because I tested on the same mobile & PC device:
Logging into the owner account allows the experience to load normally.
Logging into a different account on the exact same device immediately shows “This experience cannot be visited at this time.”
Mobile & PC is enabled under the experience’s Playable Devices settings.
Steps to reproduce:
Open the Roblox mobile app or desktop application.
Log into a Roblox account that is not the owner of the experience.
Open the experience page.
The app displays “This experience cannot be visited at this time.” or “Content not accessible”
If the same steps are repeated using the owner account on the same mobile device, the experience loads successfully.
I have attached screenshots showing the Audience Reach approval and the error message displayed on mobile.
Expected behavior
Once the experience was approved for Audience Reach and was set to Public - All Ages, all users should have been able to join the experience from mobile devices, Pc or Tablet, not only the owner account.
