Public experience hidden and unavailable for players

Hello,

My friend’s Roblox experience is currently hidden and cannot be played by anyone except the owners.

Experience ID: 7317517156

The experience is public, set to All Ages, and we have checked everything on our side. All requirements are met and there are no restrictions preventing players from accessing it.

However:

  • The experience does not appear in search.
  • Players cannot join or access it.
  • Only the owners can play and see it.

We contacted Roblox Support but did not receive a solution, they kept talking to us about eligibility even tho we are.

Expected behavior:
Players should be able to find and play the experience normally.

Actual behavior:
The experience is hidden and unavailable for everyone except owners.

Hey there, this game was consequenced due to repeated inaccurate Maturity & Compliance questionnaire submissions. Did the owner receive any inbox messages or emails on the moderation action?
