Public experience is only visible to the creator

My experience with Universe ID 3087787176 is currently set to Public and the questionnaire is set to All Ages.

However, nobody can access or see the experience except the creator account. Other users cannot find it or join it, even when using a direct link.

I previously completed the questionnaire incorrectly, but I have now submitted it again with accurate answers. The experience settings still show that it is public, but it remains unavailable to everyone else.

Expected behavior:

The experience should be visible and playable by other users because it is public and has an All Ages rating.

Actual behavior:

Only the creator can see and access the experience.

Please investigate whether the experience is stuck in an incorrect moderation or visibility state.

I’ve been experiencing this exact same issue. Many of the label rejections that I’ve gotten have been appealed so realistically my game shouldn’t be locked. I believe that this is a backend bug where my game is technically up but the algorithm and discovery think it’s locked and therefore it’ll remain locked to everybody else. This is the game in question https://www.roblox.com/games/390777771

There is a bug on showing information on why your game is unavailable, but it is unavailable because of repeated inaccurate Maturity & Compliance questionnaire submissions.

Have you submitted an appeal yet? If your appeal is approved, it should be reinstated (although as @Fr0ggity mentioned there may be some issues (that we are also investigating).

That’s the thing, theres a bug and it doesn’t restore games. support told me many times:

The concerned experience has been restored

and

The experience is public and the questioneer is complete yet its still unavailable to play

Would it be possible while the bug is being investigated to have our games unlocked? I have proof of my appeals being accepted regarding my game. It would help out a ton!

Hello,

I am the developer and owner of the experience https://www.roblox.com/games/99881445915767/TECHY. I have filled out the required appeals in the violations and appeals portal, and also sent an appeal forum request through the short Roblox contact forum on the website, but I would like to send this in-depth email including screenshots and additional information for my own well-being. I have provided the in-depth sequence of events, all steps taken, and my own collection of screenshots attached to this email.

Around 1:40 PM US Eastern time on 8/9/26, my experience was moderated for “inaccurate maturity rating” and was silently removed from the platform, becoming inaccessible to everyone. I had received no prior mention of any issues whatsoever on my creator dashboard, zero warnings, messages, notifications, or emails about the issue in question: the singular Sub-bucket option in the content maturity questionnaire. With violence maturity rating being selected as occasional rather than repeated. Once I saw my experience randomly loosing playercount and players complaining, only then did I realize my entire experience had been made inaccessible to everyone, stuck in a limbo unavailable state with no information. Completely removed from the platform for other users, I checked my creator dashboard, I checked my messages, emails, settings; I had received nothing. Only once I checked my violations and appeals portal did I see two violations from 8/5/26 and 8/9/26.

Violation 1 from 8/5/26 ID:3HUm0X3QhKUeb5gg2SkldmcDsc5, stated the following:
Reason: Other
Activity we reviewed
Content Maturity Questionnaire Submission:
Your response: Paid Item Trading (Policy API Followed), Paid Random Items (Policy API Followed), Violence (Occasional/Mild), Our moderator’s response: Violence (Repeated/Mild)
Review date: Aug 5, 2026 | 7:53 AM

Violation 2 from 8/9/26 ID:3HglanJNX57OiNO5Iv8264enGlx, stated the following:
Reason: SUBLABEL_CONTENT_MATURITY_OFF_BY_ONE_BUCKET
Activity we reviewed
Content Maturity Questionnaire Submission:
Your response: Paid Item Trading (Policy API Followed), Paid Random Items (Policy API Followed), Violence (Occasional/Mild), Our moderators response: Violence (Repeated/Mild)
Review date: Aug 9, 2026 | 1:47 PM

Again, I had received no notice or information about these violations via message/email/popup notification- nothing. Not even an indication that my account received these violations via a roblox-native popup on the website. Once I had gone and updated the content maturity label to the moderator-inquired setting of Violence (Repeated/Mild) from the previous (Occasional/Mild), and resubmitted the content maturity questionnaire on my creator dashboard, I then filled out my appeals on the two violations, explaining that I wasn’t aware until now of the issue, and that it had been corrected. However, around 2 hours later, once the appeal was reviewed, the appeal on the violation from 8/5/26 was accepted and stated my account was not affected (even though it clearly was); then, for some reason, the same exact violation but on 8/9/26 was denied, even though I had fixed the issue. And then suddenly, 3 more violations popped up in my dashboard from Aug 2, 2026 | 7:46 AM, Aug 2, 2026 | 8:38 PM, Aug 3, 2026 | 12:44 AM . All 3 new violations were not there before I made my appeals on the first two from the 5th and the 9th. These new violation “warnings” had only appeared after the moderator review with the random confirm and deny of the same appeal, even though I had done exactly as asked of me.

I would like to conclude this email by stating that, as soon as I was made aware of the incorrect content maturity rating subcategory, I immediately fixed it. I’m not sure if this was a bug in automatic moderation, a moderator mistake, or a personal mistake by me, but if my experience at around 800-1k concurrent players at the time was able to be silently moderated without warning anywhere, I would like to bring it to your attention. I followed all the necessary precautions; my account was in perfect standing, and I followed all Roblox TOS required API’s in my experience, yet even while I still had paid advertising racking up in the thousands of dollars this week, I wasn’t made aware until too late. I would really appreciate a full manual review of the situation, any backend mismatches occurring on my experience, the group it’s owned by, and me owning the group leading to me not receiving reports and information, and I please request that this incorrect review and penalty on my account be fixed. I understand it is the weekend, but even after 8 hours, I have received no information, emails, or updates on the situation while my player base is left confused and feeling almost scammed of the experience they were just playing.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to your review,

Hello, just wanted to reply with some additional information and to ensure there is proper history and up-to-date information.

I believe this may be a backend issue causing this limbo state despite the violation appeal acceptance. To recap, I had a silent takedown on my experience due to a subcategory content maturity label that the automatic moderation had flagged. Despite receiving no prior emails or notifications. Once I realized what occurred, I instantly fixed the content maturity label questionnaire. My experience was manually reviewed and re-granted all age range access again; all of my violation appeals in the appeals and violations dashboard were accepted; I have no mention of strikes, takedowns, emails, messages, or notifications of any outstanding violations and/or remaining issues regarding this matter. Everything is green on my end now. However, I am now officially 24 hours after receiving the initial silent moderated takedown, and I am yet to hear back from a moderator. This has majorly halted my growth, my development, and my player base is already flooding my community servers with hate comments, complaints, insults, calling me and my staff scammers. My team and I have been flooded by an angry player base over an issue I had no warning of until the very last second. I feel as if there is no way for me to contact anyone able to help me in this situation. I am compliant with all Roblox TOS in my experience. I am now left wondering how much longer I should be waiting for something to be fixed that is out of my control, and/or if there is a more optimized way of reaching out via developer relations. I am also left wondering if this will negatively impact my player growth and algorithmic potential on the platform, and if I am going to be compensated for the damage done without any notice or information.

Attatched bellow is screenshots of my violations and appeals dashboard, my creator dashboard, displaying that I have no rejected appeals or mention that the experience is inaccessible. Clearly available publicly to all ages. Thank you for bearing with me; see the previous support tickets and emails for a further in-depth explanation of the situation. I’ve also noticed multiple other developers on the developer forum experiencing the same issue: silent takedown, and moderation appeal accepted but game not reinstated race condition, also provided below.

Thank you for your time and review.
