Steps to Reproduce and Technical Breakdown:
- Complete and green-light the Creator Hub Audience Reach / Maturity and Compliance questionnaire (approved for Ages 9+ Moderate).
- Set experience status to Public on Creator Hub.
- Attempt to visit the experience page publicly via website or mobile app.
- Observed Result: Public gateway blocks all users with error: “Content not accessible. This experience is currently not available.” or similar warnings.
- Visit main group overview page and refresh the browser.
- Observed Result: The experience age rating tile rapidly glitches and flips back and forth between “16+ Compliant” and “All Ages” before breaking, proving a database replication failure.
Additional Verification:
Account is fully verified, meets the 500 highly engaged monthly user threshold, and no local troubleshooting alters the behavior. Customer Support ticket logs confirm this has been acknowledged as an ongoing platform issue.
Expected behavior
The public gateway should correctly replicate the approved Creator Hub dashboard settings, allowing public users across all age brackets and platforms to access and play the experience normally without throwing a “Content not accessible” error.
